Do you allow Pets?

We love pets, so we do accept pets in most cases. Some of our communities have pet restrictions, so before making a final commitment, it's best to check with us. Most pet deposits are $250 per pet.

We do not accept aggressive dogs, Rottweilers, Dobermans, Pit Bulls, or Pit Bull mix.

How Much is the Security Deposit

Deposits are half-a-month's rent or $500, whichever is greater. We give the option of splitting the deposit into two payments when deposits are over $750 to make paying the deposit easier. You get the deposit returned less any damages after move out. Visit our FAQ page for more info.
